I personally have gone through a lot of ‘fad diets’ and restriction and seen no progress in the past, to then finally finding my feet and learning a lot of how to hit my goals whilst enjoying life! So I have first hand experience and can understand how difficult it can be, what to avoid and how to do it safely. My goal is to help people find peace within their fitness journey and find balance with food.
I started online coaching to be able to help people find balance and happiness through creating an enjoyable routine! I want to coach people how to lose weight in a sustainable way while still enjoying all your favourite foods and still enjoying your life!
